Abstrakt
Problems of variability, excystment and propagation by breeding cells are discussed. Excystment by pylomes has now been observed in about 18 genera, while the more irregular ruptures are probably a preparation artefact.
Description of Balisphaeridium crasstuberculatum n. sp. and Chlamydosphaerida oelandica n. sp. and of some anomalies and problematical structures.
