Chitinous hydroids from the Ontikan limestones (Ordovician) of Öland, Sweden

Lower Ordovician (Ontikan) limestones from öland have yielded eight species of chitinous hydroids belonging to six genera; one of these species, Desmohydra? recta n. sp., is new. Gonothecae of unknown affinity are described.
