Przekątne warstwowanie i struktury•organiczne (Chondrites) w cenomańskich piaskowcach z Brzeżna [On the diagonal cross beding and organic structures (Chondrites) in the Cenomanian sandstones near Brezezno]

On the diagonal cross bedding and organic structures (chondrites) in the Cenomanian sandstones near BrzeźnoCross (diagonal) bedding is described from the poorly cemented glauconite-bearing sandstones in Brzeźo (south-western Mesozoic margin of the Holy Cross Mts.). An analysis of the seven here described sets of cross strata suggests that their deposition was effected by sea currents. Four varieties of burrows of slime-eaters, belonging to the pseudo-genus Chondrites, have been observed in the sandstones under consideration.
