Abstract
The name Cyclognathus, proposed by Linnarsson for a monotypic genus of Cambrian trilobites (Geol. Fören. Stockholm Förh. 2, 1875, 500), has been used by previously by Geoffroy St. Hilaire, 1833 for a mammalian genus. I therefore substitute for Cyclognathus Linnarsson, non St. Hilaire, the new generic name Acerocarina, the type species being Cyclognathus micropygus Linnarsson, 1875.
