Abstract
Mimospira puhmuense n. sp. is described from the Rägavere Formation (Rakvere Stage; Late Caradocian) of Estonia and is only the second representative of the genus from the Estonian Ordovician. Mimospira puhmuense is a characteristic sinistrally coiled member of the problematic molluscan group Onychochiloidea, variously referred to the classes Gastropoda or Paragastropoda.
