Abstract
It is proposed to subdivide the family Sphooceratidae Flower, 1962 into two subfamilies:_ Sphooceratinae and Disjunctoceratinae. The new genera Disjunctoceras and Andigenoceras proposed here, are placed in the latter subfamily.
